Tomorrow’s Forum of Insurance Lawyers (TFOIL), the organisation for defendant insurance lawyers with less than five years’ experience, has elected Mukesh Kainth, solicitor at Browne Jacobson, as its president. TFOIL launched in 2013 as a junior partner to FOIL. Kainth, who specialises in large loss personal injury claims, foreign jurisdiction and health and safety prosecutions, said he would focus on strengthening relationships and promoting the interests of junior lawyers and insurance handlers during his year in office. He takes over from Victoria Darby, solicitor at Kennedys.
